Normally the practice is open even when the Optometrist is
on holiday, but occasionally for public holidays or training purposes the
practice is closed. |
| Our receptionists work week about, Thursday to
Wednesday, but cover for each other for holidays etc. That's why on odd
occasions you may wonder why they don't remember details of a phone conversation
- you may actually have spoken to the other receptionist! There
is, however, excellent continuity of care and you will find they pass on
information very efficiently. |
